39,000 sf Interior Tenant Fit-out for international teleproductions company seeking a new Headquarters and State of the Art Digital Film Stage, Recording Studios and fabrication facilities.
GP+A architecture provided full service design, design management and construction management services includng: interior architecture, interior design and furniture selection. The project inluded an 8,000 sf SCIF, VTC and SMATV Executive Conference Room, Screening Room, 10dB Recording Studios and Voice Over Rooms, MCR, Computer Room, new elevator, Satellite Receiving Farm, new vehicular dock ramp, new infrastructure design, SMATV, LAN and VOIP design, site accessiblity upgrades, building reclassification (to remediate an incorrect 20 year old recorded building classification), and coordinated 18 consultants to deliver this award winning project.
WSDG provided acoustical architecture that delivered a 20dB sound and film stage under IAD's flight path.
