Planning......let us help

After identifing parcels for land aquisition, and running the numbers for profitability, a Development Project enters the planning stage. A requirement for presentations to City Councils, Councilmen, Boards, Committees, or Commissions.
Our experience before Council members, the US Commission of Fine Arts (CFA) and the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC), as well as, the Maryland Aviation Authority give us insight on how to move through these processes.

Georgia Avenue Redevelopment

As part of the on-going redevelopment projects transforming the Nation's Capitol, this portion of Geogia Avenue is designed to reinvigerate the community. 

New buildings and a slightly increased density, all working within the zoning ordinance, will yeild economic growth through new businesses, maintain existing busnesses, increase local employment, provide retail, office and housing space while deliverying new neighborhood amentities.

The goal is to enhance local features, while promoting and developing symbiotic entities:  new senior housing to the local medical center; new parks to the community; while increasing local access to businesses through below or above grade parking.
