This multi-generational family needed space and style. Creatively overcoming FAR restrictions, impervious area and zoning restraints, this 2700 sf energy inefficient 1960's Colonial become a 7,000 sf family oasis.
The planned Phase 2 construction contains a 4 car garage, workshop and 2nd floor office space.
It features a first floor Master Suite, and unimpeded 25x40 foot Great Room, and second floor Master Suite Sanctuary overlooking the exterior lilving space and meadow beyond, new central hall design with large gormet kitchen and seperate breakfast room.
A secong floor childrens' Juliet window and reading nook creates a significant compositional elevation element to articulate the front facade.
