900,000 sf, $1.4 Billion, Class 1 (Clean Room), Wafer Fabrication Facility and Central UtilityPlant, 225 kVA Substation and Tank Farm.
Sal Poulton managed the 24x7x365 Third Party State Inspection Services for this facility. Leading and supervising the Architectural, Life Safety and MEP inspection services for Mannasas City and the State of Virginia, while working with Flour and John Marshall Construction to comlplete this extremely complex, multi-facetted and technically sophisticated project.
