This original EFIS facade had been repaired several times before GP+A architecture was contacted.
Several design sketches, renderings and material selections were presented for review. In the end a maintenance free contempory classical design with a modern twist was selected.
This facade is comprised of ledgestone accents, maintenace free trim and siding and mouldings combined to form a three dimensional striking elevation from any approach.
A new porch, central bay, columns, pilasters, mouldings, architrave and windows combine to render spectacular curb appeal to this bucolic manse.
